NANCY LEACH

IIDA, LEED AP, President / CEO / Founder

Nancy Leach has over 20 years of experience in interior design, office furniture and the management of small businesses. A graduate of O'More College of Design, one of the nation's top interior design schools, Nancy has been instrumental in the design and project management of numerous corporate, commercial, medical, retail, manufacturing and hospitality facilities. Nancy also holds an MBA from Belmont University, and is a registered interior designer in the state of Tennessee. She is past President of the Tennessee Chapter of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) where she received their highest honor, the 2006 Star Award. Nancy serves as a founding member of the Belmont University Center for Business Ethics and as past President of the Tennessee Interior Design Coalition.

Principal / Account Executive

Bill Hoskins has over 38 years of experience in the Commercial Furniture Industry. His experience covers corporate moves, furniture system relocations, move planning and consulting, as well as office and system furniture sales. The company he started in 1989, Commercial Furniture Services, was acquired by Facility Planners, Inc., in 2001, allowing FPI to provide comprehensive services to our clients from design through installation, product storage and maintenance. Bill's client list includes Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, Take Care Health, DaVita, Franklin American Mortgage and Jack Henry. Bill is active in numerous charitable organizations including Jr. Achievement and Al Menah Shrine, and was honored as 2005's Kiwanian of the Year.

ALICIA GRAGG

Senior Project Manager

Alicia Gragg is a graduate of International Academy of Design with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Interior Design. She is an associate member of IIDA. Prior to joining FPI in early 2011, Alicia worked for a local General Contractor, D.F. Chase, Inc., as a Project Assistant. During her four years at Chase, Alicia gained the knowledge of how to run faced-paced, multi-million dollar projects with her latest being the Opryland Resort and Convention Center. Also, while at Chase, Alicia assisted on two LEED-certified projects. Alicia's previous construction experience, dedication and attention to detail are what make her a great asset to our company.

TIFFANY LUECKE

TIFFANY LUECKE

Senior Project Manager

 Tiffany Luecke is a graduate of International Academy of Design and Technology with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Interior Design. She is an NCIDQ Certificate holder No. 29137 and a Professional member of IIDA. She comes to us from a healthcare design firm where she worked as Senior Interior Designer. During that time, she gained extensive knowledge of large scale project coordination.  She specializes in space planning, furniture and finish specifications, architectural detailing, and coordination of trades.  Tiffany's experience, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and strong industry knowledge are what make her a valuable addition to the FPI team.

RANA DAOUK

Project Manager

Rana Daouk is a graduate of the Lebanese American University in Lebanon and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design. She joined FPI in 1997 and has over 15 years of experience in commercial design and project management. Her focus is on space planning, furniture specifications, finish selections, furniture inventory, installation and move management. Rana's thorough knowledge of open office system products and all other facets of commercial design make her a valued addition to every project. Her emphasis is on corporate and financial institutions, as well as law offices.

CAROLYN MARCHISIN

Project Manager

Carolyn Marchisin holds a BS in Interior Design from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.  She joined FPI in 2011 with prior work experience in a General Contracting company as an Interior Design project manager with an emphasis in customer service.   She has over 8 years of experience with Teknion in the commercial dealership industry as well as vast product knowledge of several other furniture manufacturing lines.  Her previous experience, attention to detail and strong knowledge of resources make her a great addition to the FPI team.

Sales Account Manager – GSA

Karen has 30 plus years of experience in the design field, she has managed several high profile clients in her career.  She is experienced in healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and general office design. In addition to the above fields she is also armed with a vast knowledge and strong understanding about government projects making her a valuable addition to our team.

Business Development/Account Executive

Jay Hughes has over 24 years of experience in the furniture industry. Originally from High Point, NC, The Furniture Capital of the World, Jay graduated from High Point University with a Bachelor degree in Furniture Marketing, the only one of its kind in the US. Jay’s entire family has been in the furniture industry going back to the late 1800’s. He has had the fortunate privilege of working with successful manufacturer’s and dealership’s in the commercial furniture industry over the past 20+ years. This background has provided him with an extensive knowledge of furniture sales, manufacturing, business leadership, business development, architecture and design. Some of his largest clients include; University of TN, Gaylord Entertainment, Ingram Publishing, Regions Bank, HCA, and MTSU.

Accounting Manager

Deidre Carver holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Union University as well as an Associate of Fine Art degree in Interior Design from Watkins College of Art and Design. Prior to joining Facility Planners in April 2010, Deidre owned Decorating Den Interiors in Brentwood, TN, focusing on residential design. Deidre has over 13 years' experience in accounting for the music industry, along with over five years' experience in interior design. Her combined experience in accounting and interior design serves to enhance the team's ability to give our clients excellent service throughout the life of their project.

Director of Marketing

Rupal is a graduate of International Academy of Design and Technology with a Bacheor of Applied Science in Interior Design. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of Mumbai, India. She has several years of experience in marketing and design. She is also an active member of IIDA and serves on the board as the Director of website. Her creative and versatile approach to cleint service is a welcome addtion to our team.

With a proven track record of more than 25 years as a key executive in Nashville's premier industry of healthcare, Ms. McLendon has a strong background in network, facility and operations planning for healthcare facilities and systems. With a proven expertise in strategic planning, business development, operational improvement and relationship building, Ms. McLendon's key strengths include market analysis, demand forecasts, strategy development and competitive positioning for organizations. In addition, she is also skilled in medical staff relationship-building and in board governance issues.

TOM PATTEN

TOM PATTEN

Adviser, Owner & Founder of Patten Construction

Tom Patten is a Nashville native with a Bachelors Degree of Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He has over 40 years of experience in the construction and engineering fields. He owned several businesses including Patten Construction Company which was established in 1976 and primarily built hospitals and medical buildings in 23 states. He also started Patten Properties and Patten Texas Investments in 1980 which developed medical, and office buildings and retail centers in seven states. In 1990 his company merged with Beers Construction Company of Atlanta, GA and was bought out by Swedish firm Skanska in 1995, to form Patten Beers Constructors Inc.  A father of two daughters, Mr. Patten  has been married for 43 years and is a proud grandfather of two grandchildren. He also serves as a US Army, artillery officer. 

DAVID THIBODEAU

DAVID THIBODEAU

Former Executive Vice President, SunTrust Bank, Nashville

David Thibodeau has over 30 years banking experience including retail and small business banking along with specialized lending areas and operations. Mr. Thibodeau is retired from SunTrust Bank, Nashville, where he served as Executive Vice President. In addition, Mr. Thibodeau has served on numerous non-profit boards and currently serves on Citizens Bank Board. Mr. Thibodeau has a B.S. in Economics from Emory University and an MBA.
